Referendum debate in Picky Centre

BBC Scotland’s The Referendum Debate television programme will be recorded at the Pickaquoy Centre, Kirkwall, today, Tuesday.

The programme will be presented and chaired by James Cook and on the panel will be Alistair Carmichael MP, Secretary of State for Scotland; Angela Constance MSP, Scottish Government Minister for Youth Employment; broadcaster and writer Lesley Riddoch, and Brian Wilson, former Scottish Office Minister.

The hour-long Kirkwall edition of the series airs at 9pm, this evening, on BBC Two Scotland.
