Roads surface dressing update for Thursday and Friday July 19 and 20

Roads surface dressing is due to take place on Thursday and Friday this week, July 19 and 20, on a section of the B9047, the main Moaness to Lyness to Longhope road, from the Hoy Hotel to just past the Hoy and North Walls Community School.

Orkney Islands Council has aid there are no diversion routes, but their team will make every effort to maintain access for vehicles and will ensure ferry traffic can get through. Please allow an extra twenty minutes for your journey.
