Appeal for information on fire in Kirkwall car

Police would like to hear from anyone with information after a car was set on fire in Kirkwall’s Glaitness Road.

According to police, between December 31 and January 5, a silver Vauxhall Corsa had a window broken and one of the seats set on fire while it was left parked and unattended on Glaitness Road.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour around the vehicle is asked to contact police on 872241.
