Graemsay back in service this weekend

The mv Graemsay is set to return to service this weekend.

The vessel has been in Peterhead undergoing refit and the installation of new engines.

Councillor Graham Sinclair, chairman of the board of Orkney Ferries, said:  “We are delighted that the ferry is now ready to return to service on the Graemsay and North Hoy route.

“We’ve met with a few tricky problems during the refit period, which have been handled well by our staff. I’m sure the isles residents and visitors alike will be pleased to see her back too.”
