Hools take horse title at the County Show

The top horse at this year’s County Show was the Shetland Pony champion Wells Reliance, shown by Kelly Peace of the Hools Shetland Pony Stud, The Brough, Toab.

The seven-year-old stallion was sired by Wells Extra Special, and out of the dam Wells Valerina.

Overall reserve champion was Skaravoe Tinkerbell, a five-year old homebred British show pony cross Welsh, shown by Leona and Alana Sinclair, Strathborg, Sandwick.

The horse, which was also the light-legged champion on the day, was out of Skaravoe Happy Surprise and sired by Rotherwood Fandango.
