SERVICE TECHNICIAN

An opportunity has arisen to join our busy service department in Stenness working with leading manufacturers including Massey Ferguson, Pottinger and Teagle.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of hydraulic,mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of agricultural tractors and machinery – further training will be provided.
  • Driving licence.
  • Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Good admin skills for paperwork requirements.
  • Ability to use internet and computer applications.

JOB ROLE

  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections on new and used equipment.
  • Carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on farm and at our workshop in Stenness.
  • Keep up to date with online and in-person training as and when required.
  • Complete paperwork for jobs carried out including pre-delivery paperwork, job cards and timesheets as appropriate.
  • Help maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workshop areas, yard and vans.

HOURS
Mon-Thur 8am-5pm. Fri 8am-4pm.
Overtime as-and-when-required during busy periods.
