Open meeting on North Ronaldsay to discuss future sustainability

An open meeting is due to go ahead on North Ronaldsay on Friday at 7pm, in the community centre, to discuss the island’s sustainability.

It’s an opportunity for the community to talk about “ambitions” for boosting North Ronaldsay’s sustainability, as well the development trust’s development plan for the island which is being finalised with help from Orkney Islands Council.

Rory Dutton, from the Development Trust Association Scotland, will host the meeting, alongside representatives of the council.
