Police appeal for information on Deerness ‘incidents’

Police in Orkney are appealing for information regarding two incidents that occurred in Deerness on Sunday, January 3.

A spokesman for the police said: “Police enquiries are ongoing following two separate reports of incidents in Deerness on the afternoon of Sunday, 3 January.  

“Work is ongoing to establish if both these disturbances are linked.  

“Officers are appealing to anyone in the area who witnessed a disturbance take place to contact officers through 101 quoting reference number 1795 of 3 January.”
