Police investigate Stromness assault allegation

Police are investigating an alleged assault outside a Stromness eatery last week.

Officers say the incident occurred outside The Pier Bistro on Friday, October 31.

Police believe the alleged assault occurred between 7.50pm and 8pm.

Members of the public with any information have been asked to to contact officers at Kirkwall Police Station.
