Roadwork updates from OIC

Orkney Islands Council will be carrying out surface dressing and road marking operations this week at a number of locations.

The work is planned for the Lyking Road near the Loch of Stenness and in Shapinsay at:

• B9058 – Chapelbrae – Inkerman
• B9058 – Girnigoe Road – Ness
• Westhill Road

A convoy system for vehicles will be in operation while the work, which is weather dependent, is carried out.
