Specialists assist Tesco after pest activity

Specialists have been called in following pest activity at Tesco Kirkwall, The Orcadian understands.

This comes amid the precautionary closure of the supermarket’s bakery, which was shut last week.

No formal statement has been issued by Tesco.

However, it is understood that specialist contractors are assisting the team,  following recent pest activity in store, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
