Technical issues with school meal accounts

Due to technical issues, the cashless school meal accounts for new S1 pupils at KGS and new P1 pupils at Stromness Primary will not be set up until Monday, August 18.

Information for parents wishing to use the accounts to pay for meals online will be issued later in the week.

In the meantime, money can be loaded onto pupil accounts as follows:

Stromness Primary School — a member of staff will be in the dining area every morning to take payments by cash or cheque

Kirkwall Grammar School — pupils can top up their accounts by putting cash into the units in the dining area, a member of school meals staff will be present to show pupils how to do this, payment can also be made by cheque.

The schools would like apologise for any inconvenience caused.
