Top of the table football clash

Football clubs Rovers and Thorfinn go head to head this evening, in a match that could have a big say in who wins the Orkney Cheese ‘A’ League.

Rovers are currently three points clear of Thorfinn at the top of the league, having played one game more than their Kirkwall rivals.

A win for Rovers would extend their advantage, while a Thorfinn victory would see them draw level on points, with a game in hand.

The match is due to kick-off, at the Bignold Park, in Kirkwall, at 7pm.
