Whit’s on this weekend?

There’s plenty to see and do in Orkney, this weekend! Check out our website for some of the highlights…

Orkney Experience

If you’re looking for something different to do, this weekend, why not try out Orkney’s newest visitor attraction?

Within the former Odin Stone premises, Tony and Dorothy O’Donnell have created an imaginative and fun venue where the whole family can dress like a Viking, be the driver or ride the wagonette. You can also get hands-on with other antiques and have your own postcards made.

There are three areas to explore — Orkney Life, Orkney Landscape and Orkney Legend — where you can have a bit of fun, dare to cross the chasm and play fiddle for the trows’ party or get yourself some fairy wings!

Remember — you can get a five per cent discount on entry, if you cut out the advert in this week’s The Orcadian!
