Assisted testing clinic launched in Stromness

A new clinic has opened in Stromness this week week to help people unsure about how to carry out lateral flow device tests on themselves, in an effort to help monitor infection in the community.

The new community testing initiative is a partnership between NHS Orkney, Orkney Islands Council and Voluntary Action Orkney, supported by a grant from the Scottish Government.

The LFD assisted testing drop-in clinic will run in the Johns Rae room every Thursday, 10am-1pm.
