Call for young artists to help decorate Christmas tree

The Kirkwall Business Improvement District (BID) is inviting youngsters to pop in and help decorate the Christmas tree in the Town Hall.

The tree is in the foyer and beside it is a table with BID paper baubles, which can be decorated and hung on the tree.

The do-it-yourself decorations will be in place until December 23.

The BID, which was set up in 2013, aims to create a strong trading environment in the town centre and maintain a sustainable and vibrant atmosphere for local businesses and their customers.
