Drugs seized across Highlands and Islands

Nineteen people across the Highlands and Islands are to be reported to the procurator fiscal after the seizure of drugs with an estimated street value in excess of £20,000 during an intelligence led operation.

Operation Ram is targeting drug dealers operating in local communities – including Orkney – and saw  26 search warrants were executed throughout the Highlands and Islands and 19 individuals to be reported to the fiscal in connection with drug supply, possession and intent to supply offences.
