Fire-raising in St Magnus Lane toilets prompts police appeal

Police are appealing for any witnesses following a report of a bin being set on fire in the St Magnus Lane toilets.   

Officers say the incident occurred between 10pm on Saturday, October 1, and 1am on Sunday, October 2.
