OIC consultation reminder

Members of the public have just a few more days to give their views on an OIC planning consultation document.

The public consultation on the council’s Main Issues Report closes on September, 16.

The Main Issues Report sets out the planning issues facing the county from 2016 – 2021 and looks at a number of policy and allocation options that could be taken forward in new Local Development Plan.

The consultation documents are available on the council website: www.orkney.gov.uk or from OIC customer services in Kirkwall, the Warehouse Buildings in Stromness, Orkney Library and Archive in Kirkwall and the mobile library van.
