Police appeal after hit-and-run

Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was damaged while it was parked in the car park of the St Rognvald’s House care home, last Tuesday.

It’s thought the Vauxhall Insignia was hit sometime between 7am hours and 7pm. Police have said it is believed that a vehicle or trailer has reversed into the passenger-side wing of the vehicle.

Police are urging any witnesses to come forward and contact them with information on 101 or to drop in at Kirkwall Police Station.
