Police appeal following traffic collision

Police Scotland are appealing for information following road traffic collision involving a Tesco delivery van and a Ford Ka yesterday.

They say, at around 11.10am on Sunday, the delivery van was struck by the passenger side wing mirror of a blue Ford Ka on Victoria Street, Kirkwall, with the car failing to stop following the collision.

The registration of the Ford Ka began with SY07 and is believed to have been driven by a male.

Anyone who witnessed this collision or has information has been asked to contact the police in Kirkwall on 101.
