Police appeal for information after theft from ferry

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information after the theft of a piece of equipment from the MV Pentalina ferry, in St Margaret’s Hope.

According to police, a Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) Control Box was removed from the Pentland Ferries vessel, sometime between March 12 and 20.

The rectangular box is bright yellow, with a handle.
