Police appeals for information

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information on the following:

• between 1.15pm and 3pm on Saturday, March 8, a black motor vehicle was damaged while parked at the Pickaquoy Centre car park.

• between 7.30pm and 8.15pm on Saturday, March 8, an item was removed from the front passenger seat of a vehicle while parked on Inganess Road, Kirkwall.

• between November 8, 2013, and November 26, 2013, a quantity of sand was placed into a domestic oil tank at an address on Sanday.

• between 6.45pm on February 28, and 7.30am on March 3, windscreen wipers were ripped from the front windscreen of a van while parked at Papdale Road, Kirkwall.
