Rehearsals take place on Kirk Green

Dress rehearsals have been taking place in front of St Magnus Cathedral this morning, in preparation for the Battle of Jutland commemorations which take place tomorrow, both in Kirkwall and in Lyness.
Events in Kirkwall, including the service itself, will be broadcast live by BBC television and shown on big screens in Broad Street and at the Pickaquoy Centre.
There are a number of road closures in the centre of Kirkwall both today and tomorrow, details of which can be found on The Orcadian website.
