Orkney RFC travel away with hopes of five victories on the trot

Orkney RFC are set to face West of Scotland in a rearranged away fixture on Saturday afternoon with the islanders hoping to continue their good run of form which has seen them rack up four victories in a row.

Last weekend’s victory at home to RHC Cougars was a match in which a depleted Orkney side had to dig deep, but they will go into this weekend’s match with the belief that they will be able to add to October’s home victory over their opponents.

That win put Orkney ten points clear of Perthshire, and eight behind Haddington, in fifth position.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 12.30pm.
