Police appeal after Kirkwall theft

A sneak-in theft occurred at a house on Old Scapa Road, Kirkwall, between 1am and 3.30am on Monday, May 27. It is understood the householders were in the property at the time of the incident.

Police say a number of items were removed and are asking anyone with  information to contact them on 101, or alternatively crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Police are also reminding householders to ensure their properties are locked when out and during the night.
