Thorfinn book HAC semi-final spot with comprehensive victory

Thorfinn FC sealed their place in the Highland Amateur Cup last four with a comprehensive victory over lochdar Saints this afternoon.

The two-time winners won 4-1 in Maryburgh to progress to their fifth Highland Amateur Cup semi-final in eight years.

Thorfinn will meet Avoch — who sent the Kirkwall side crashing out at the semi-final stage last year — on Saturday, August 6 for a place in the final. In the other semi-final, defending champions Wick Groats play Lochs.
