Orkney RFC aiming to end Dumfries’ winning streak

Orkney RFC will be hoping to get back to winning ways tomorrow afternoon at Pickaquoy in their BT National League Division 3 match against Dumfries Saints RFC.

It will be a tough ask for the home team though, as Dumfries currently top the table having won all six of their league games so far this season.

Last Saturday ended in disappointment when Orkney lost by the narrowest of margins, 19-20, after making the long trek to the Borders to play Berwick RFC.

The result saw Orkney slip to fifth place in the league having won three and lost three to date.

Kick-off tomorrow is at 1.30pm.
