Road resurfacing work in Westray next week

The OIC has advised that road resurfacing work will take place in Westray next week.

Road sections affected are:

• B9066 (Aikerness Rd – Noup Rd)
• B9066 (Swartmill Rd – Swartmill Rd)
• B9067 (Tirlot Rd – Tuquoy Rd)
• Swartmill Rd (B9066 – Gretna Green Road)

A spokeswoman said that cars and light vehicles will be subject to diversions, where possible, while buses and heavy goods will experience delays and speed restrictions.
